About
I am a writer and teacher living in rural Vermont. A Vermont Writers Prize finalist, I write poetry and fiction. My poetry has been featured in Vermont Magazine, Birchsong, Bloodroot, the Best of Burlington Writers Workshop Anthology, and elsewhere. I have an MFA from the Solstice Program at Lasell University.
My debut novel, After the Fall, will be published in Fall 2024 by Fitzroy Books, an imprint of Regal House Publishing. After the Fall is the story of a young woman trying to find her mother in a climate-ravaged Vermont, pursued by a sinister circus and a grizzled deputy who both hold keys to the mystery of her past.
In addition to writing and teaching, I spend my time painting, printmaking, playing tennis, gardening, cross country skiing, and hanging out with my awesome husband and daughter.
